Our Story
Built on Partnership, Not Just Equipment
Milan Laundry Plus has been helping property managers across Puerto Rico and Florida run better laundry rooms — with less hassle and more revenue.
Who We Are
Milan Laundry Plus is a commercial laundry equipment company serving multi-family communities, hospitality properties, and facilities throughout Puerto Rico and Florida. We specialize in laundry room leasing and equipment sales, backed by hands-on service and a genuine commitment to our partners.
We work with property managers who are tired of dealing with broken machines, resident complaints, and vendors who disappear after the sale. Our model is simple: we take care of the equipment, you take care of your residents, and everyone wins.
From a single laundry room in a small apartment complex to a multi-property portfolio, we scale our service to fit your needs — with the same level of attention at every size.
What drives us
How we work
Partnership First
We're not just a vendor — we're a long-term partner. Our success depends on yours, so we stay invested in your laundry room's performance.
Reliable Service
When a machine goes down, we respond fast. Our service team is local to Puerto Rico and Florida, so you're never waiting on someone flying in from out of state.
Quality Equipment
We partner with LG Commercial and Maytag Commercial — two of the most trusted names in commercial laundry — because your residents deserve machines that work.
Transparent Programs
No hidden fees, no surprise charges. Our lease and revenue-sharing programs are straightforward so you always know what to expect.
